Carlos was professional, kind, understanding, and willing to work with me on the budget that I had set. I felt comfortable and he even went as far as to meet me at the dealership the next day when the dealership was closed so that I could pick up the truck. He also had the truck detailed. I have bought several cars at dealerships in my lifetime and have always felt uncomfortable and this was different. I felt very comfortable almost as if he was a friend after only meeting him one day. I am very satisfied. More
