More than we expected My wife and I went to Erinwood Ford to get an estimate on what our 2010 Matrix was worth, since they will buy your car even if you don't buy there's. My wife and I went to Erinwood Ford to get an estimate on what our 2010 Matrix was worth, since they will buy your car even if you don't buy there's. We met with Dave Giovanni. As part of the conversation he asked us what specific car we were looking to purchase. It was not a Ford but he said he may be able to help us. He spoke to Director of Sales , Nick Palalas. By the time we left the dealership they had found us the vehicle we wanted and took ours in trade. As it turned out the person that owned the car we purchased ended up purchasing our trade-in. It took a while but they made it happen and ended up with multiple satisfied customers. It was a great experience from the time we arrived until we had our purchase. We were ably assisted by Carol and Robyn in financial services. More

ALLOW YOU TO SIT AT YOUR DESK, REVIEW AND MAKE CHOICE Dave Grittani, Internet Sale Dept. worked with me exclusively online as per my request. In fact I bought the car un-seen based on window stickers and Dave Grittani, Internet Sale Dept. worked with me exclusively online as per my request. In fact I bought the car un-seen based on window stickers and emails back and forth with Dave. As consumers, such as myself, want to become more educated prior to buying. I feel internet sales will be the way of the future. This was my first large consumer purchase and wanted to make sure i did not get caught up in the old-school pressure sales tactics of years gone by. I wanted to buy the car I wanted, with the options I requested for the price I wanted to pay all the while making comparisons and decisions from the confident position of my own desk... not some sales persons scummy cubicle. Thanks Dave and your team! What a pleasure. PS - while waiting for my windscreen to be replaced, I had a wonderful chat with the fleet manager Robert. He made me feel at ease and like i was part of the crew. much appreciated. More

Amazing Service I had the pleasure of meeting Victor Chacon who was referred to me by my mother in law. The most professional and prompt service I have dealt with in all my experiences in buying a new car. In my life time till this point I have leased almost half a dozen cars from sports cars to big SUV . I will send my family and friends to see Victor his professional and prompt service was above and beyond all my expectations . I feel like I owe Victor and Carol my first born child at least a middle name . I am beyond grateful for all the work they did ! Calling after hours and taking care of things on his day off. Although there were many bumps in the road during my purchase of my Mustang from Erinwood, I have to say that in several instances they have stepped up to the plate and made good on all of the issues. purchase of my Mustang from Erinwood, I have to say that in several instances they have stepped up to the plate and made good on all of the issues. In fact, Carol Buckwald, the Finance Manager, went well above and beyond in helping me sort out the problems. This included refinancing, service issues and warranty problems. Joe in Service was very helpful in arranging for coverage with my 3rd party warranty company to pay for some major repairs (that should have been addressed prior to delivery, but at least they'll be covered 100%). Brad in Used Car Sales helped arrange for the repair on the remote starter (this was supposed to be done prior to delivery but was delayed and I wasn't advised until the 11th hour, but again it was fixed to my satisfaction). All in all, even though it wasn't a smooth transaction all the way through, they have come through on all their responsibilities as the dealership and I would gladly buy another car from them. Just think they perhaps should do a better job of inspecting cars before delivery, to make sure everything is in order. My sincere thanks to Carol Buckwald. She has been AWESOME to deal with. More
