It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with buying/leasing a new car. Carol made me feel like I was the only person she was dealing with even though she was extremely busy. She gave 100% of her attention and made my whole experience a complete joy. She made me feel comfortable, almost like I knew her for a long time.Her attention to detail was unbelievable. We simply won't shop anywhere else. Carol is always attentive to our needs, gives us plenty of options, and finds something that it right for us. We feel good knowing that she is putting us in the right car for the absolute best price possible. I have reccomended many people to Carol and they always tell me what a great experience they had buying a car. We love our CRV, and am looking forward to loving the new Accord Coupe we just bought. Each time we have a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Never any pressure just an easy purchase with all our terms fulfilled. I cannot wait to see the new Honda showroom.
