I already knew what I wanted to purchase, so much of the shopping/sale process could be I'm a very busy person, and Cary has been great to work with. I already knew what I wanted to purchase, so much of the shopping/sale process could be done over the phone. Cary was very good and keeping in contact with me throughout the process. He respected our time and got us in and out as quick as possible when we came to sign paperwork and pick up the vehicle. He showed us the FordPass app and downloaded it on my phone while we waited for financing. We arrived at 5pm and we were the 5th sale of the late afternoon and evening. This dealership must offer the best deals because it was BUSY!!! Experience was 5 star. More
