I am currently on Active Du Our experience at McDonald Chevrolet was AMAZING! JOHN SULLIVAN and the entire team were great! They went above & beyond! I am currently on Active Duty stationed out of state away from my family. While I was home visiting our 17 year old son was rear ended totaling my vehicle. I was forced to take a rental vehicle back to South Carolina while the claim was being processed. After my wife got things straightened out with the insurance company during the week, I made another trip home to return the rental and get a new vehicle. We walked in to McDonald Chevrolet on Friday at noon. Due to being Active Duty Army and needing to report back to South Carolina first thing Tuesday morning & with the Memorial Day weekend starting, we were on a time crunch. JOHN & the team found us a fabulous Chevrolet Cruze 2LT that fit into our price range with a great interest rate. We were able to drive our new vehicle out of the parking lot at 6pm! JOHN and the team were knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly they were focused on OUR NEEDS, were FRIENDLY, and made a bad situation better.
