Caselle made the whole thing easy. I knew exactly what I wanted — a brand new Grand Cherokee — and he got me in it fast, no hassle. As an out of state customer, you rely a lot of the word and conversations with the dealership on what you’re getting, the process, etc. We agreed on a deal that involved the vehicle I purchased to be dri and conversations with the dealership on what you’re getting, the process, etc. We agreed on a deal that involved the vehicle I purchased to be driven/delivered to me, roughly 4 hours from the dealership. The dealership had told me it would be delivered with a full tank of gas, first issue I had which it was delivered with a half tank of gas. Not a huge deal. The other main issues were the vehicle only coming with 1 key, and no paperwork/owners manual. These would not of been a huge deal, but because the dealership never told me about either detail, it became a bigger issue. The 2nd key is important for us as a family of 4, and the paperwork/owners manual was important as it would have included the door security code. I requested assistance with these issues multiple times and the salesman, Caselle, did assist in ways to get at least the door code but was unsuccessful. At the end of the day, the management directly told me there was nothing they could do, and to basically go away. I never did get any sort of communication from a manager of any kind. It feels like basically they see me as an out of state customer, most likely they won’t get my business again, so why go through any sort of effort to fix the situation? Overall the experience was extremely subpar, and I feel extremely shorted. More

I was actively shopping lease offers and had a clear timeline to make a decision. I communicated exactly what I needed to move forward, including a full lease breakdown and timing. Initial contact through the website resulted in only automated responses, and I ultimately had to reach out directly to get things moving. After that, multiple people responded at the same time, which made the process feel uncoordinated. Despite being ready to move forward, I never received a complete or usable lease quote (VIN, pricing, incentives, and full structure). I ultimately chose another dealership that provided clear, detailed numbers and timely follow-up. This felt like a missed opportunity, as I would have seriously considered doing business here with better follow-through and transparency. More
