Great service, communication and follow up from Casey. The only reason I didn't give full stars was that it took over 20 minutes to get the car and bring it up once I got there to pick it up, and they s The only reason I didn't give full stars was that it took over 20 minutes to get the car and bring it up once I got there to pick it up, and they said " your car will be up in a minute" just need to work on that. The service department from my arrival -the porter and the service writer were extremely professional! And very apologetic for no seating because of COVID.
