I went into this deal telling Greg it was going to be a few weeks until I could close the deal, because I was waiting on a check, and I didn't have exact timelines. Additionally, when it was time to execut few weeks until I could close the deal, because I was waiting on a check, and I didn't have exact timelines. Additionally, when it was time to execute the deal... I had outlined a very detailed and specific set of guidelines that Greg would have to execute, if he REALLY wanted to work with me, due to some physical limitations that I have. Not only was Greg patient and not pushy throughout the process of me waiting for my money.... When the time came for me to buy my truck..... Greg absolutely and unequivocally satisfied EVERY SINGLE GUIDELINE AND SPECIAL STANDARD that I had laid out. When it was time to execute the deal, I was actually in the dealership for a grand total of 22 minutes, and YES, I ABSOLUTELY PUT A STOPWATCH ON THAT, and no xx.... Start to finish, that's how long I was that, and that's with a trade. We had the entire deal worked out to the penny prior to my arrival. We did an eSign. I was in. I dropped my car. We swapped plates. We made final touches, and I was out of there.... Additionally, this was the day before a blizzard, and 15 minutes before they were closing, on a weekend, when they were prepping the lot for the oncoming snowstorm My experience from start to finish, was.... ACES! I also worked with Casey. Everyone I worked with I found to be open, honest, not pushy, and there was zero, "Used Car Salesman", about the entire experience. Not only will I be returning there for all my future vehicle buys.... I will be sending anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle, in their direction. You should as well ... More
