Ok so although I was told I would get the car in a week and I didn’t get it till a month later, I do have to give a huge thank you to Ronnie Phillips. He stayed in communication with me throughout the whol and I didn’t get it till a month later, I do have to give a huge thank you to Ronnie Phillips. He stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process. From the start he was so helpful and very straightforward and honest. Through the waiting period he gave me updates, and when the car finally got to the dealership and even though he was on vacation he still was in contact with me and helped me set up the pick up. I got the GLS 450 4matic and I am so happy with it! Of course I also have to recognize Casey from finance, he was also extremely helpful through all the paperwork.
