They were willing to work with me and made sure we were happy. I worked with Cat who spent a lot of time with us trying to find exactly what we were looking for. She was very professional and did an excellent job showing me how to use the car very thoroughly, at the time of the test drive and at delivery. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all of my questions and very patient. I highly recommend working with her as I really appreciated all her time and dedication to the sale. I will be back and other members of my family plan to purchase from here in the future as well. After going to several different dealerships in trying to find the right SUV for myself - MAZDA and especially "CAT" were the only ones who made you f After going to several different dealerships in trying to find the right SUV for myself - MAZDA and especially "CAT" were the only ones who made you feel completely welcome and wanted to make sure that you got the car you wanted and not what they wanted to sell. They didn't hold your trade-in car keys "hostage" and try to use intimidate you to buy the car right now and then. If they didn't know the answer to your question, they got the answer. They wanted to make sure that you were completely happy with the vehicle. Took the time to introduce the Service area staff so you know where to go and who to speak with. I told her from the start DON'T CALL ME, I'LL CALL YOU! and I meant it. She didn't bug me and we talked several times while I was still deciding. I got the color I wanted and except for a CD player and cloth seats I guess I got what I wanted. I don't know about the price I paid but I paid it! More
