I was driving thru Great Lakes Toyota's lot and seen a woman on the lot. I waved to her and she walked over to my truck and introduced herself and said her name was Catherine. She asked me if there was an woman on the lot. I waved to her and she walked over to my truck and introduced herself and said her name was Catherine. She asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I introduced myself to her and she asked me, if there was anything I was interested in. I told her I was just looking around at the time. I drove by the dealership about a week later and seen a Toyota truck that caught me eye. I believe I called and talked her about it and she told me to come in and she would see what she could do for me. I went in and gave her the information she had asked for. She said she would get me in the truck I was interested in. The truck was a 2020 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with just over 23 thousand miles. She was very knowledgeable about this truck and answered every question I asked. And if she didn't know she went and got the answer. She treated me like family, which made me feel like we had known each other for years. I would highly recommend going to Great Lakes Toyota if your in the market for a new or used vehicle.
