As soon as I got to the lot I was greeted my my dealer Doc. He immediately made friendly gestures to me and my other and made us both feel comfortable to be at the dealership. I told him my price range and he was perfectly fine and really good as negotiating with me. He made sure to crack jokes and leave a good smile out faces to help with the long process of financing a car. Shout out to Doc for making my experience memorable. Also shout out to the finance agent who was able to talk my rates down. I wish I could remember her name but she truly is an angel. I appreciate all the hard work she put into me having the best deal on my car. My lease end was coming up on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, so I stopped in and wanted to see what my options were and to see if they had what I wanted on the lot, or could at least find what I was looking for. Rodney greeted me right away and took me inside to discuss what I was looking for. York ended up not having the Jeep Cherokee I was thinking about so Rodney went on a search looking for my specific requests. Rodney did keep in contact with me through the search and it ended up, we could not find exactly what I wanted. At this point, I had made the decision to turn in Jeep and keep looking to find a vehicle I would like to purchase. When I went to York to turn in my Jeep GC, I was aware they had a Jaguar F-Pace SVR that was recently traded in with low miles. Price was higher than I was expecting to spend, but the car itself, sold itself. It was beautiful and everything I wanted in a car. Even though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, I knew I wanted the car! Rodney helped get the deal done smoothly, listened to my needs, and made the transaction as quick as possible! No one likes to sit at the dealership all day! I appreciate the patience and the efficiency of Rodney and York! Great job All! More
