We traveled there after going to three other Dealerships and was very interested in at least two other deals but was trying to be very certain of what we wanted. We were nervous about dealing and closing for a car but we quickly met Cecil Ball and he pretty much put us at ease with his very good demeanor being energetic and friendly and very knowledgeable. Best dealership in Knoxville I want to start off by saying I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. When I visited them I was looking t I want to start off by saying I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. When I visited them I was looking to buy my first car by myself after college and really didn't know much about the car buying process. Cecil Ball took the time to really explain the entire process step by step so that I could make a smart decision. He showed me all the cars on the lot and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a first time car buyer. When you go to Lenoir City Ford you they make you feel like a part of the family. Everyone from the Owner, Jim Allen, to Finance, Frank Cardwell, takes the time to explain every step to you so that you are happy and aren't taken advantage of. Frank was able to get my loan financed at a great rate and even cheaper than we had initially talked about. Also, the service is wonderful! Kevin Whittington even agreed to even touch up small paint chips in my car, at no additional cost, so that everything was perfect with the car. One of my favorite things about Lenoir City Ford is that they do not put a car on the lot if it has been in an accident so that you know you are getting a good car. Again, this dealership is wonderful from every aspect. I highly recommend you go see Cecil Ball when looking to buy your next car. He will make the car buying process easy and make sure that you are a part of the Lenoir City Ford family. More

purchased 2010 ford 150 Cecil Ball was the salesman. He was very nice and explained everything well. My only disappointment was the loan paper signing with Frank. After explaining that i would not be purchasing extended warranty, he kept trying to sale me one. After 3 attempts and someone coming into the office to say again how i should buy one, i was feeling like no one was listening to me. After trying to be friendly, i was finally shown the papers for signatures and got to leave. Otherwise, it was good experience. The truck was priced well and is in good condition. More
