I had a very good experience with this dealership. My salesperson Philip was by far the best part. He made sure that I felt comfortable and cared for at every step of the way. After basically a weeklong wild goose chase across LA County, I was able to give up on finding my UX in a light color with AWD. The cars kept disappearing from inventory. Philip held the car on Saturday while I drove down from LA, and had it ready to test drive in the garage. He was also very personable , respectful, and enjoyable to be around. Even though my lease pricing was a bit higher than comparable vehicles I had seen in LA dealerships, I was glad to have gotten the AWD and lighter interior for all the varied driving I do. More
