Even though I had to wait for the car to be fully ready, he kept me updated throughout the entire day, answered every question I had, and genuinely made me feel more like a friend than just another customer. He even took me to Starbucks while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly says so much about the level of care here. Jonathan and Christiano were also incredibly helpful, patient, and kind anytime I needed something clarified. At no point did I feel pressured, dismissed, or misled. Everything was transparent and professional.
