I can't say enough about the help I got. Unfortunately I had to visit them twice, time issue on my part. I spoke to Cesar the first time, he was more than helpful but I had to leave before a deal was made. had to visit them twice, time issue on my part. I wasn't an easy customer, buying a newer car was not planned so I wasn't sure what I wanted/needed. He looked up his inventory and showed me numerous cars before we decided on the original car I visited the first time for. Financing was a breeze and I got a great deal and i couldn't be happier with the service or vehicle. Thank you. More

Cesar was the Mazda representative that assisted me and I cannot express how relieved and appreciative I am for his help. I have met with other dealership salesmen who are condescending and only caring of th cannot express how relieved and appreciative I am for his help. I have met with other dealership salesmen who are condescending and only caring of the sale, seeing a person as a number to achieve their quota. Cesar carried our conversation with the perfect amount of professionalism, friendliness, and care - a combination that I have seen others not be able to achieve. Cesar was genuinely interested and caring toward my needs and wants and patient with my many questions, without any sign of frustration. He took his time with me and went through options and features and explained in different ways until I understood clearly. Whatever training program he may have gone through, I would suggest other salesmen to also attend to take notes! Overall, extremely satisfied with a typically bothersome experience for many that Cesar was able to turn into a pleasant experience. More
