Dealership was slow with completing financing and paperwork. Was supposed to have my paperwork ready so I could get in and out quickly since I drove 13 hours from where I live to purchase the car. To paperwork. Was supposed to have my paperwork ready so I could get in and out quickly since I drove 13 hours from where I live to purchase the car. Took 3 1/2 hours start to finish. When looking car over before purchase and found curb rash through the paint and into the plastic on the front splitter and asked if they could do anything like take a little money off so that I could get it fixed since I was told before coming that the car was in perfect condition and the area that was damaged seemed to be recent and was told sorry, but since the car was discounted for me already that they couldn’t do anything for me. So since I drove that far I wasn’t able to do much about it so I accepted it with the damage since the car was in great condition otherwise. Overall a good dealership, just wish those couple of things could’ve been better. My salesman was great and was the reason the deal was able to get done and the reason I stayed to complete the deal after being held up for so long. More

Extremely poor communication. I spoke with William Florentino over the phone about a deal for my new Malibu. We clearly said on the phone I want to roll over my exceeding miles on previous lease to my Florentino over the phone about a deal for my new Malibu. Bill said it was no issues and he will consider when offering me my monthly payment for my new lease. We agreed on a price and made the deal happen, Two weeks into my lease and I now received a letter from Chevy saying I owe them 2,000 dollars for my exceeding miles. Bill completely ignored my request to roll it over the deal, he completely avoided letting me know I owed this money all because he knew I wouldn’t continue with our agreed upon deal. Keep in mind we spoke about it over the phone so I didn’t have it writing and deals were being done out of the ordinary because of COVID. I am now screwed over my head due to this Chevys complete lack of communication and extremely disappointed in Bill’s service and Pinebelts service manager Peter Bottroff who said word for word “ your one bad review doesn’t mean anything” that is just poor business. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST More

Cesar was excellent! He is friendly and easy to work with! He didn’t pressure us at all. He was so patient too and I wasn’t an easy customer! He made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Having purchased vehicles in the past and this being my third at pine belt he has been the best salesman I’ve dealt with. I have had many bad expieriences wit car sales man and almost gave up. i would like management and the owners to know that cesar really cares about your customers and is very concerned about how the whole buying expierience affects the customer. Ive been employed for 32 years and see many younger employess not show the the drive and courteous behaviour that he exploits. Pleas take note that its hard to find many employees like cesar., I have made calls and texts to hiim and responded so quickly itss hard to believe. During this pandemic he was organizing many different things with customers regarding sevice and other things and still maintaining my buy on my car. Its good to see there is people like him still out there.I hope he is very sucessful with pinebelt. Ceasr it my opinion makes pinebelt what it is.
