General manager Phill Stillman didn’t attempted to call me multiple times, if he had, I would've seen his missed calls or emails but there wasn’t anything. It was a salesman who called me multiple times and left me a voicemail and text msg asking to call back. GM only called me once and said that they were missing the $500 and how would I like to pay it, which was ridiculous give the fact that this was a 2nd Rav4 I bought from this dealership within a year. It told the GM that will pay it with my CC and I received the invoice of $500 and paid online. This is the worst car buying experience I had or even heard of.
