I was promised a deal with the car I wanted. Initially, they did the best they could and I was happy. I left the dealership knowing everything on my end AND their end was resolved. However, afte Initially, they did the best they could and I was happy. I left the dealership knowing everything on my end AND their end was resolved. However, after a few weeks, I keep getting these credit inquiry alerts. I reached out to Andrea Briggs and she said they had some issues finalizing with the banks.This response had me worried and wondered why this was not resolved at the time of the negotiations and they let me drive the car off the lot. Andrea told me she will get this taken care of and get this settled. Unfortunately after so many texts, late replies and no updates. It was a hard decision to return the car after 3 weeks of having it. The finance and sales dept need to do a better job of informing the customer and provide honest updates. I am very disappointed and unhappy about this whole sale process. Will not be doing business with Kia Garden Grove. More
