Uneducated about their own warranties. Gave me car back “fixed” but also said it would likely need engine replaced and go back into limp mode but they couldn’t do that because of the “tech Gave me car back “fixed” but also said it would likely need engine replaced and go back into limp mode but they couldn’t do that because of the “tech line” … so basically handed me back a car that could die on the highway or anywhere at any time The car has less than 60k miles. Only acknowledged warranty after I opened a case with corporate. Probably worst car experience ever. Will never return nor purchase another Hyundai. More

I brought my vehicle in to get a slow leak in my front passenger tire repaired and get scheduled maintenance done. I was there for 2 hours. I was given a print out of the service that was done for my ve passenger tire repaired and get scheduled maintenance done. I was there for 2 hours. It was still in the exact position that it was in before the tire rotation that I was told was performed. More

Worse service department I have ever gone to. Went three times with a simple problem that they couldnt seem to fix, then went to local shop and they fixed it in 20 minutes. Today took it in for a simole oil change, after 2 hours asked when it would be done and service writer mumbled "it should be done". A half hour later they took me to the car, they had somehow l"lost" my keys but never told me the problem and NEVER apologized. Will never go back! More

After a routine oil change a week later the oil ran on the floor of my garage. Failed to repair window tint and paint protection film which the dealer did not disclose.
