BUYER BEWARE – MISLEADING & DISHONEST I purchased a van from Monroe Superstore and had a very disappointing experience working with Mark Lawrence. The vehicle was advertised with multiple features that either do not work or are not even installed: ❌ AC “works” – compressor is bad, no cooling ❌ “3000W inverter” – completely missing (only leftover wiring) ❌ Rear lift/power jack – not functional / not wired These were not small issues — these were major selling points listed for the van, and NONE of them checked out. Yes, I take responsibility for not double-checking everything before signing — I was focused on getting financing done and felt pressured during the process. But I trusted that a dealership like this would at least verify the basic features they advertise. That trust was clearly misplaced. ⚠️ This felt extremely misleading at best, dishonest at worst. ⚠️ Do NOT rely on their listing descriptions — verify EVERYTHING yourself. If you’re considering buying from here, inspect every detail before signing anything. Don’t make the same mistake I did. More
