Great customer service I went in for an oil change but while waiting was looking around the floor at the newer model traverse I was interested in. I was approached by Chad? I went in for an oil change but while waiting was looking around the floor at the newer model traverse I was interested in. I was approached by Chad? I believe who listened to what I was looking for and took my info down to get back to me when a vehicle with all my wants came in. After about 5 minutes he came back and Told me they had one on the left he did not know about that had everything I wanted and more. He asked if I wanted to test drive it and I agreed. He handed me off to Kayla Because he had an appointment with another customer. I went for a test ride with Kayla who is very informative about the vehicle. This vehicle had everything I wanted plus more and I fell in love. I honestly didn’t think I was going to be able to take it home that day and I would be upset but Kayla and Chad were very helpful and got me into my new traverse and I am so happy and in LOVE with it. Thanks again! More
