Our kids are grown and gone but we have an extremely spoiled German Shepherd named Saban to keep us young. My wife and I both serve our church youth through the Word of Life ministry as well as teaching the Adults Sunday School class.

The team at Southtowne was fantastic. Several vehicles available for what I was looking for and they gave me a great deal on a 2020 Traverse. Paperwork was a smooth process. Failure to Deliver The sales guy we worked with, JC, was great. After we made the deal on a used pickup, the rest of the experience was the pits. We were left to sit f The sales guy we worked with, JC, was great. After we made the deal on a used pickup, the rest of the experience was the pits. We were left to sit for nearly two hours waiting on the finance guy, with no explanation until we demanded one after an hour. They were understaffed and did not want to talk about it. The vehicle still needed attention before I could take delivery, such as an inspection, and any necessary repairs. They agreed to provide the inspection report, detail the car, fill it with gas and deliver on a specific date. None of those things happened. I have some minor issues with it and still feel like I got a good deal, but that does not excuse their failure to deliver on their commitments. Worse of all, I have sent emails and left voice mails with two sales managers, neither of which has the decency or courage to call me back. I will not be doing business with this dealer again. They get 2 stars only because JC did a great job of finding a truck that fit what we wanted out of their trade-in inventory that had not even been cleared for sale yet. More

Updated Review - Great Service Afterall Modification of my first review where I was not happy with service or the response from the sales team about a new pickup. I received a call on 7/1 Modification of my first review where I was not happy with service or the response from the sales team about a new pickup. I received a call on 7/15/2019 from Chad Taylor and he was very honest and apologetic that the issue occurred. He informed me that my request was already completed but the salesman I was assigned to was not notified and the system did not send an update. I have to say that dealing with Chad was a pleasure and although we were not able to meet on price, I would give them another chance in the future. He was able to give me figures without asking for my credit and he again stressed that he was upset this happened. I have moved my rating to 4 stars because of the end service. As mistakes do happen, I also believe how a dealership decides to handle issues is also important. Thanks again Chad for all the assistance. More
