I felt like a star!!! From the beginning I received a kind welcoming greeting by a staff member, who directed me to Mr. Archer's desk. Once again shortly after Mr. Archer g From the beginning I received a kind welcoming greeting by a staff member, who directed me to Mr. Archer's desk. Once again shortly after Mr. Archer gave me a very welcoming professional greeting. Now I'm saying this because some judge a book by its cover, they do not attempt to help or approach you based on your look. I didn't dress to impress, I had an agenda to purchase a vehicle. Moving on with my experience Mr. Archer was pleasant and knowledgeable about what Casey Kia had to offer and intune to my needs. I am very indecisive and I test drove a vehicle which had a lot of the amenities I wanted but I was not completely in love. That did not deter Mr. Archer as he was patient and continued to be attentive. I would definitely recommend Casey Kia for your automotive needs and based on my personal experience would recommend Mr. Archer as he didn't pressure me and very professional friendly etiquette, not the typical pushy salesman. I felt important like a star! Thank you More

Quick, easy and professional experience Charles Archer provided great customer service from start to finish. Even when I was giving him a hard time about the lengthy credit application he wa Charles Archer provided great customer service from start to finish.
