Jeffrey Midence our Sales Consultant is very professional and knowledgeable of his job. Very courteous and his customer service skill are awesome. Showed concern of what issues my wife and I had and what options needed to be in the vehicle. Even though there was not car available he sat down with us and built exactly the car we wanted. So we order the car. Also, I want to thanks Mr. Ball for his advice and recommendations. Mercedes Benz need to be proud of having people like Jeffrey and Mr. Ball working for Mercedes Benz.
