I went to have a recall on my airbag fixed and a battery replaced. When I got in my car my seat was all pushed forward and my clock was not right. The airbag light was still on. I went in and spoke with Je replaced. When I got in my car my seat was all pushed forward and my clock was not right. The airbag light was still on. I went in and spoke with Jessica. Who offered a diagnosis for $199.00 Are you kidding? The techs didn’t even notice the light was still on. I don’t even know if they corrected the recall , if they created a new problem. Prior to this they lost my locking lug nut socket and refused to replace. I don’t trust the techs or the customer service. I will say Jessica was polite when she offered to charge us and said she would talk to the tech. I don’t trust this company. More
