I called the service department about a problem with the key fobs. I was told to bring it on in. When I got to the dealership, I was told I would have to leave it and did I have a ride home. This is unaccep key fobs. I was told to bring it on in. When I got to the dealership, I was told I would have to leave it and did I have a ride home. This is unacceptable. It is a 5 minute job to change the battery in the key fobs for someone who knows how, Instead I was told I would have to leave the car and get a ride home and then get a ride back after the car is finished. this in not my first chevrolet but it will probably be my last. The only reason I go to this dealership is because it is closest to where I live, and work and They have my extended warrantee information. I will not be going back unless it is absolutely necessary More

Did not like how before my car was even seen a salesman was calling trying to purchase our vehicle. Also did not appreciate how my car was there for a recall and they were calling trying to sell me other s was calling trying to purchase our vehicle. Also did not appreciate how my car was there for a recall and they were calling trying to sell me other stuff that they said needed to be done that was literally done to the car last month. Or how when we walked in to pick up the car all the salesman rushed over until they heard we were just picking up our car from service. They were like a pack of coyotes More
