Worst experience ever. It took a month to buy a car. Was trying to buy my son a car for his 16th birthday. He fell in love with this car. There were a couple of things that need to be fixed the air bag swit trying to buy my son a car for his 16th birthday. He fell in love with this car. There were a couple of things that need to be fixed the air bag switch and radio. Which we negotiated a price and the dealership agreed to fix these two things. They did not agree to get the timing belt and value tune up which should have been done at the 100,000 mile mark. But that’s besides the point. So a couple of days go by and they said they fixed the radio. Then they lied to me about get the car to Tulsa to get the air bag switch fixed finally after like two week that was finally fixed. Then they said they sent it to Owasso to get the radio fixed cause it really wasn’t fixed after all. So I waited a week only to call back for them to say they lost the keys and the car had been locked up and the radio still hasn’t been fixed. They said no one wanted to fess up to losing the keys so no one knew they were lost. So they had to call a lock smith out and get a key cut so they could send it to Owasso to get a new radio installed. Since the keys were lost it had a after market remote start on it as well and the dealership tried telling that was in the price we negotiated, well I am sorry it worked when we test drove the car didn’t know I had to negotiate what your employees lost. Finally was finished on 9/27/21. We first test drove the car and negotiated the price on 8/25/21 so we’ll over a month to buy this car. We showed up on Tuesday 9/28 to buy the car and low and behold the old keys were there the ones that they supposedly lost. Didn’t see the key that was cut by the locksmith. Imagine that. Worst experience ever in buying a car. I felt like I was being lied to every time I turned around. I could never get anyone to return my calls. The salesperson we were dealing with is no longer with the company. He just stopped returning my text and calls. Horrible experience!!!!!!!! More
