This is a follow up to a negative review I placed on May 4. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado diesel from Findlay through Facebook marketplace from Phoenix, It was a truck we had been looking for with a die 4. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado diesel from Findlay through Facebook marketplace from Phoenix, It was a truck we had been looking for with a diesel engine which was discontinued in 2022. The truck was low mileage and in excellent shape. I negotiated a deal and traveled to Henderson to pick it up. Sales experience was good and delivery was professional. I left the dealership traveling back to Phoenix with the truck mid day after finalizing "as is" used car deal. While traveling south approximately 50 miles out of Henderson, the engine light came on. I continued on figuring to check it out when I got back to Phoenix as I was on a tight schedule. I did pull over to visually check under the hood but found no problems. I notified my salesman of the issue via text to document my concerns. I continued on and the truck went into limp mode prior to arriving in Kingman Az. I visited a local dealership there and had it scoped. They said it had history codes for a particulate problem and needed attention. They didn't have a certified tech for repairs so I had to continue back to Phoenix in limp mode which was not a fun experience. Next day made an appointment at local dealership for later in the week. Took it to my local mechanic and they identified the same problem, did a forced regen and reset the system. It worked ok for another 30 miles but engine light came back on. Dealership identified the cracked turbo intake and did the needed repairs. Truck is working perfectly since repairs were completed. My negative experience was due to getting no response from dealership after several attempts with my salesman and dealership message center. after two weeks of no response I wrote a harsh review of my experience. Next day a received a call Charles Gumina, general sales manager at the dealership. He assured me they would look into it and get back to me. Although the truck was sold with no warranty, I felt the problems were in the history codes and should have been identified and repaired prior to selling. Charles Gumina agreed with me and followed through to make sure the $1500 I spent was reimbursed. I appreciate the follow up and reimbursement as it is the way a problem should be handled. This experience started out negatively but ended with a positive conclusion. Thank you Findlay Nissan and Charles Gumina for doing the right thing and restoring my faith in humanity. More

Sold me a used vehicle with known problems that showed up in the history codes. Cost me $1500 two days after I picked up the truck at this dealership. No one would even give the courtesy of a response when I in the history codes. Cost me $1500 two days after I picked up the truck at this dealership. Purchasing a car here was seamless front start to finish. Patrick and Alex were awesome to work with and very informative. Alex did a great job walking me through all my cars features and getting everything customized for me. I’m someone who has previously bought another brand car for years and I can honestly say I’m loving this car more. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and brand to friends and family. More

We were so pleased with Findlay Nissan that we decided to purchase a used Nissan Titan in addition to the Kicks. Julio and the sales Manager did an outstanding job of making the 2 vehicle purchase work. I Highly recommend Findlay Nissan of Henderson, Ask for Julio Lopez More

Fair pricing with very good selection of vehicles. Our salesman Troy could have a bit more knowledgeable about the vehicle characteristics but did find the answers to our questions eventually. This is what happened to me at Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada. "On 5/30/2025, my wife and I went to Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada to look at the possibility of buying a Frontier Pro4 Henderson, Nevada. "On 5/30/2025, my wife and I went to Findlay Nissan in Henderson, Nevada to look at the possibility of buying a Frontier Pro4 pick up truck. We drove one that met our needs and color, so we decided to talk with the sales person that we worked with. (You know the drill). A few minutes later, we were given a sheet showing how a small truck could increase to $51,647.05. Of course, we went home to think about the price. That night, I went their website and guess what? I found the same truck, SAME EXACT VIN Number), advertised as, "Your Price--- $42,617"! Kind of a $10,000 mark up! I know that there is a sales tax that needs to be added, but come on man 10K mark up? The next day, I called to speak to the sales manager and finally got to the General Manager, Garey Deocampo. I brought up what I found on their website and the difference between the sales document they had given me. After a few days of negotiating, we finally settled on a price so my wife and I went to the dealership to purchase the truck. A truck was parked there for us to look at but my wife said that something was NOT right. We went inside and sat with the sales person that we were dealing with. She asked how we liked the "4X2"? To my surprise, they switched trucks! The truck we drove and wanted was a 4x4 but the truck that was parked there was a 4x2! Exact same color except 4x2. SO, BUYER BEWARE IF YOU GO TO FINDLAY NISSAN, HENDERSON TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! Make sure you check everything before you sit down to sign anything. We were going to check out the truck before signing anything anyway but the sales person asked us how we liked the 4x2! So there was NO need to continue! BTW, If you are military, make sure who can have a copy of a DD 214. You will find out that very few people can print and have a copy of your DD 214! And adealership is NOT one of them!!
