Charles Krekeler at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Inc

This was my first new car purchase and I had been to many dealers and work with many salesmen.None were compared to Charles Krekeler. A different level of salesmen, he was phenomenal! Any questions or help i needed he went above and beyond. Best salesmen i have ever worked with. Will recommended any friends or family in vehicle market directly to him.

When purchasing my 2013 Camaro i was given great service from all departments. The finical guy was great as well even though my first interest quote was 6.5 they went through a different company which made it 2.5 percent. He walked me through the importance of purchasing the 7 year/100k warranty while providing great pros of it.

Even after the purchase was finalized Charles went the extra mile! He allowed me to leave my rental vehicle at the location and made sure that the proper steps to returning it happened. He walked me through on star and showed me all of features of the car. I truly believe he was excited for my purchase and wasn't just trying to take my money. Extremely personable and made me comfortable the entire sale. Any question was answered thoroughly.

I have purchased three vehicles from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet, and have worked with Charles Krekeler on every purchase. I do all my 'homework' on car purchases ahead of time. By the time I visit the dealer, I typically know the model, options, and price I would like to pay. My visit is usually to test drive the vehicle, and agree on a price with as little hassle as possible. From my first vehicle purchase, I was impressed with the way Mike Castrucci Chevrolet does business. Charles Krekeler is extremely easy to deal with. I have never felt pressured at Mike Castrucci, unlike my experience at other dealerships in Cincinnati. If you are in the market for a Chevrolet in the Cincinnati area, make sure you visit Mike Castrucci and ask for Charles Krekeler. You will not be disappointed.

We have bought a lot of cars in our time, have dealt with a lot of dealerships, but never have ever been treated any better than we have at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet.
I would recomend them above all other dealer ships in our area. They work with you and do everything they can to put you in a new vehicle, plus they take excelent care of you in the service department. Your wish is their command. Will always go back and send our family and friends every chance we get.

Charles was great! He was able to work with us and get us in a new car, I'm pretty sure he even stayed late. He was fantastic to work with as well as George the finance guy. He was very helpful and willing to get us any sort of discount available. We very much appreciate the "no nonsense" attitude of the staff and treating us like people.

Dealing with Charles Krekeler was a real pleasure. He met us at the door and answered all our questions and concerns. I felt comfortable dealing with Chuck and I feel like I got the best price and trade in value from him. He went above and beyond in getting everthing taken care of as quickly as possible and even noticed that the floor mats were missing from the truck and took care of that. After looking for weeks for a late model used truck I decided to look at new trucks and was pleasantly surprised at the price I got on this new truck. I will definitely will deal with Mike Castrucci in the future and will recommend him to friends and family.

Mr. Krekeler was very helpful in my getting a very good price on my Cruze. I had been working with 4 area Chevrolet dealers over a period of time and he came the closest to my target price, although a little higher than I wanted. Only one came within a few hundred dollars of Mr. Krekeler's price; and one that even advertised that they won't be beaten on price did not come close to the price I was given by Mr. Krekeler (they "sold" the comparable Cruze they had so will not pay off). We finalized the deal while I was out of town and the people at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet were very patient and understanding of the situation. The people at Mike Castrucci sales were very helpful and I would definitely do business there again.
