Charles was recommended from a close family Memeber who had did business with him prior to. I had a good feeling i was in good hands especially when family buys from the same sales person and they don’t ha had did business with him prior to. Prior to me purchasing my vehicle from him i was periodically speaking with him about the different cars on the lot for about 2 months or so just to prepare myself. I was surprised that he had so much patience’s with me as far as closing a deal on a car. my car broke down last week and i decided it was time to buy a new car. i had to work with whatever he had at that point and he showed me a few vehicles but i wanted to shop around else where. The day i was going to test drive a car he asked me for the car information, he did his research and came back to me within 20 mins with some news about the other vehicle. my mind was kind of already set on the car i was test driving because i was exhausted of the Ubers etc. but he was determined that i got the best deal whether it was with him or someone else, which showed me a different type of decorum. I could’ve purchased the vehicle at the other dealership but i decided to come back to him and do business with him. He dots his I and crosses his T, he set the standard for car salesmen and is a superb representation of Honda as a company. Instead of making a deal he listened and sold me what i wanted and also what i could afford. I will definitely refer people to him because of his transparency but also wanting to make people happy. The staff is also friendly even though i didn’t interact with them i give credit to the manager there. You guys have a wonderful friendly staff and you guys mean business. I see why Charles has all those award at that dealership it makes sense now i also see why they call you “The Car Chief”. He went from almost losing a client to sending me down to him within an hour with the information he pulled about the car and the dealership. Christmas came early for me paragon honda should be theeeee first place to look at when buying a car due to there mannerism and deals. Merry Christmas and happy new years. More
