Ended up going by to see the lot myself Saturday afternoon. Saw some salesmen sitting outside and talked to Marselo and the Finance Manager, Robert. Got my trade appraised and spitballed some numbers. Since the truck I wanted wasn’t there I went to a 5 other Chevy dealerships and got more appraisals. I ended up calling Marselo and Robert back at Len Lyall Early Monday morning to confirm I’d like to purchase the Silverado. From the Parking lot conversation the Saturday prior, I knew I wouldn’t be given the run around. I showed up in the early afternoon after picking up the check and was greeted by Marselo who’d already teamed up with Robert to have my packet squared away to finalize the deal. I’ve bought more than a handful of new vehicles in recent years. This was the most efficient, inviting, comfortable and open experience to date. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Marselo, Robert and the rest of the team at Len Lyall Chevrolet. They set the bar high for all future vehicle purchases in my lifetime. More
