Charlie was extemely helpful in finding the new Sienna with the options I wanted. In addition, he did not use pressure sales tactics to make the sale. Moreover, I felt that the staff at Cabe Toyota were very helpful and friendly, and that there main objective is to meet the needs of the consumer.

The service provided by Charles was excellent. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. He wanted to make the deal and ensure I was happy with the vehicle and price. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing and they also gave me a great deal on my trade-in. They beat Carson Toyotas deal and made sure I purchased my new FJ from them.

The Salesmen are warm and friendly and they make you feel so special like you deserve to get the best car possible even when you don't think you can. Charlie Ellison of Cabe Toyota/Scion has my thanks for an excellent car-buying experience. He was easy going and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He gave me factual data to help me make an informed decision, no "fluffy talk". He was very accommodating to both my wife and me, even staying late to make sure our needs were met. He was honest about the value of our trade-in and I got no nasty surprises, only pleasant surprises. Charlie maintained a friendly attitude right to the end; even though the hour was late he was kind, considerate, and (best of all) patient. His attitude, honesty and tactfulness in bringing up the subject of my credit helped me feel at ease in being straight forward with him. When I told him my credit score was so-so at best, he was encouraging and still helped me get a great car at a great price. Thank you Charlie Ellison and thank you Cabe Toyota.
