Went above and beyond for my service I had had my EPC and check engine lights come on while driving to work. I was able to get home and had my car towed the same day even though it was th I had had my EPC and check engine lights come on while driving to work. I was able to get home and had my car towed the same day even though it was the day after the hurricane. I got a loaner car and they fixed my car and also replaced all the plugs, wires, and packs. My sales person was not in the next day so I was able to keep the car until after my scheduled dent removal was complete which was the same week. I have not had any problems with the car since and I did not have to pay anything for the repairs. I only paid for gas on the loaner. More

He showed us a vehicle in our price range and exactly what we were looking for, nothing thousands of dollars more then what we wanted to look for in price. During our test drive he let my wife and I figure out what we liked about the car without leaning over our shoulders. He had an answer to every question we had, he was very intelligent on the vehicle can do. Charlie has been very supportive with our questions even after he had the sale.
