I had an appointment at 11:00am with Amber and I noticed the vehicle that I was interested in parked in front of the business. I walked inside and stood at the front desk waiting for assistance. There were the vehicle that I was interested in parked in front of the business. I walked inside and stood at the front desk waiting for assistance. There were several offices with employees by themselves. Amber did not welcome me nor did anyone else. At 11:15 I left the business. At 11:22, I received a call from an employee named “Chase” who asked if I was coming in to see the vehicle. I explained the circumstances and he asked why I didn’t go ask for Amber. I said well if Amber knows I have an appointment at 11:00 and I was the only person standing at the front desk from 11:00-11:15 then maybe Amber would approach and ask if I was Jeff regarding the appointment at 11:00? “Chase” then became argumentative. I discontinued the phone call and “Chase” called back continuing to argue with me blaming me for not walking around asking for Amber. Wow! Horrible customer service. Do Not Buy A Vehicle from Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills. I was very interested in the vehicle and they lost a sale. More
