"Dishonest business practices"
Arrived at about 7am for repairs needed due to a recall. My first question to "advisor" Larry Debaker was whether they had the items needed to perform the required repairs. He said yes and I agreed to the recall repairs along with routine maintenance. The estimated costs of the routine maintenance service was $440. The recall repairs were under warranty, therefore free. Four hours later, when I noticed that my vehicle was parked outside the bldg., Debaker admitted that Mazda chose to perform the services that they could bill for. He also admitted that Mazda could not perform the recall repairs because they didn't have the parts. I am deeply disturbed by the blatant dishonesty of this frachise.
"Great Buying Experience"
My daughter and I purchased a new car from Suburban Mazda in Farmington Hills. Our Salesperson, Alex, went above and beyond to find us the right car and worked hard to get us a great deal. We went to 3 other dealers and got the best deal from Suburban, thanks to Alex. We will be coming back to see him for our next car purchase.

I really dislike the whole experience of buying a car in the US but the team at Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills made it much more of a pleasure. Sonya and Darren were not only helpful, there was no pressure from them, just needed information. They made me more willing to go back to their dealership to vet the vehicle and to want to close the purchase. I would definitely recommend seeking them out and will go back to their dealership for any future purchases and services.
