We were interested in a CX-5 and went in for a test drive to this dealership - with an open mind about which vehicle we would eventually buy.Since we loved the vehicle instantly, there was not much of selling required on Andrew's part !! .... But he did make us aware of the subtle yet useful design features which got us totally sold on this model.He suggested but never pushed us hard for upgrades that we didn't want ! Mark (the Manager) & Andrew worked out a fair price & quickly arranged for the specific color vehicle (not in their inventory) to reach us the next day.Their communication was quick & effective and we felt reassured about going with them for this purchase.later when i went in to pick up the plates, Andrew added a personal touch when he sent in my vehicle for a wash and topped off the gas - a small gesture but went a long way with us ! Andrew is a very nice and honest guy. He made my first experience buying a car completely smooth and easy. He kept in contact with me the whole way through making sure everything was just perfect before I drove off with my new Mazda CX-5. Im very happy with the whole experience and would do business with Andrew and Suburban again.

Andrew Small was great salesperson. I could not have been happier with him. When I entered the dealership he was very cordial and very helpful with all my questions. He was even more helpful getting me the the deal I wanted on my 2012 Mazda 3. This is my 4th Mazda that I have bought through Suburban and I couldn't even begin to tell you who my past salespeople were. Andrew left that much of a positive impression on me. The other dealership staff was helpful also which is why we returned (Patrick in credit?). Believe me....I'm not an easy sell as a customer. They were very prompt on getting my paperwork done and getting me out the door in a timely manner. I will continue to do business with Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills because of all these friendly and helpful reasons. You have a great staff at this location. Thanks for another great experience.

Prior to coming into the dealership that day my intentions were are not to lease another vehicle but to see what was available and do some shopping around there after. Mr Small was very polite, friendly and did a good job comparing and explaining the differant options with all the vehicles. That, and us agreeing on the final price influenced my decision on moving forward with obtaining a lease that day.

Just purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Andrew Small and Manager Mark Schankowski. These vehicles are in short supply and my daughter was very specific about color and features. The team worked hard to make a fair deal and find the vehicle that was desired. I appreciated the attitude and professionalism of Andrew and Mark and would quickly recommend them to anyone interested in a Mazda.

This has been the best car buying experience. Andrew Small has provided me with above par service. Andrew took the time to show me various versions of the CX5 while never pushing me to purchase or upgrade - even though I was on the line of possibly buying an Audi two seconds before. Also, as a result of having my car totaled in an accident, Andrew set me up with a loaner vehicle,at no charge, from the dealership while waiting for my new car to arrive. The duration lasted 6 days and saved me over $200 in renting a car. Honestly, I recommend this dealership and sales consultant to everyone. I know I will stay a loyal customer to the Suburban dealerships.

They were very helpful, gave me an excellent quote and took my old car for less than I wanted but I got a better deal on the back end with the price of the vehicle. They all made the process as smooth as possible because I knew exactly what I wanted and they had exactly what I wanted.
