The facility was very clean. The staff members were great especially Chelsey Preston who helped me get the perfect car I needed for daily transportation. Even, Jorge Sotelo, he h The staff members were great especially Chelsey Preston who helped me get the perfect car I needed for daily transportation. Even, Jorge Sotelo, he has worked there the longest. He came over to talk to me about cars and how he purchased the perfect one for him and his daughter. It actually made the time go by fast while I was waiting on Chelsey to complete my paperwork. Everyone offered me water to include Karen Burke who verified my voucher in the office with the blessed pictures behind her desk. Everyone was just so friendly. Id definitely recommend people to visit the Nissan of Wichita Falls to buy a vehicle. Rachad Moreland finalized my paperwork in the finance department but over I have zero complaints from everyone I encountered 3/19/24. More
