Walked in knowing the used vehicle my wife and I wanted to purchase. Cherif happened to be outside and the easiest less stressful car buying experience began. Cherish is an awesome salesperson. My father bought a used truck from Suburban Honda and he went above and beyond to ensure my father was happy. He even delivered the truck to his home as my father did not have a means to pick up his new to him truck. Cherif was honest and kept us up to date on the progress of the service being performed as well as well as when he would be delivering the truck. He even ensured my father knew the features of the truck. We live 2 hours away but will consider him for our next car purchase. More

Cherif responded quickly to every phone call and ensured we were connected to the best person for any questions or concerns. A great guy and very hard working individual!!! Nick Rowe is another outstanding member of the Suburban team. When we were confused by the extended warranty options offered for our vehicle, he very patiently and clearly explained various options and the related costs. He took the extra time to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our final vehicle purchase and related financing/warranty contracts. Wonderful sales manager! More

I have had a horrific experience with this dealership and especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), wi especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), without disclosing or repairing those issues. I was told to bring the vehicle back after pointing out to them that the vehicle failed inspection, and was provided a loaner vehicle. After 2 weeks with no word or updates I was told my vehicle was repaired and ready. I asked for them to email me the service/repairs report (since I live almost 2 hours away) before I came to pick up the vehicle and was told they "can't do that." Since I asked to see the report I have been told that they did not in fact take it to the dealership they told me would be working on it, then I was told it was a shop in another city, then I was told the shop is owned by a friend of the dealership's manager. Since then (over 7 weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails, left numerous messages, tried calling several times per week, and was completely ignored. Until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Finally my salesperson reached out, when I asked to speak with the manager Nick finally picked up the phone. He rudely informed me they will not give me the service repair records from the shop who worked on my car, nor will they refund me and buy the car back from me, and on top of that he told me they are going to charge me for the rental and send a tow truck to repossess it from my home! Nick was ignored every communication, every opportunity to fix this respectfully, and after nearly 8 weeks of this mess finally spoke to me on the phone only to be rude and threaten to send a tow to my home. THE EPITOME OF HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have asked for the owner's information but I sincerely doubt I will get that information either. More
