Everyone was great and friendly. However the wait time for financing took almost 3 and 1/2 hours which was insane. Also my credit was ran at least 12 time which is also a bit much. had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City five and a half months ago, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite numerous assurances, I have yet to Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City five and a half months ago, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite numerous assurances, I have yet to receive the title for the vehicle. From the beginning, they misled me about the status of the paperwork, blaming the delay on the DMV. However, after reaching out to the DMV myself, I discovered that Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City hadn't even submitted the necessary documents. Their incompetence reached new heights when they began requesting a death certificate from me, for an individual I've never even heard of, presumably the previous owner. It's clear they failed to obtain the title due to their own negligence, yet they continue to dodge responsibility. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to steer clear of this place. Their deceitful and illegal practices and inability to fulfill basic obligations make them entirely untrustworthy. More

The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. Steve took good care of me and helped me out moving forward. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Steve and Phil long hyundai motor city service department and also sales department.
