This is the worst service center ever. Won't finish repairs on our car. Now they can't get our rental covered per our purchased warranty. Don't call back when promised. Don't deal with Zane or ethos warranty service sold by the dealership. Waste of money all the way around. Three days to replace a water pump on a Buick. It's actually an 8 hour job. They have only one mechanic to work on a Buick they sold us. No one to call to even ask for a fair resolution. So we have your car. It's in pieces and we will fix it when we get around to it and you will pay for the rental until we say and the contract we sold you will not honor the terms. Purchased a new 2020 Edge ST. Everyone at Ciocca Ford was Amazing! Jason made sure I was getting the car I really wanted from the color, to the seats, to the trim level and package! Andy offered me top dolla Amazing! Jason made sure I was getting the car I really wanted from the color, to the seats, to the trim level and package! Andy offered me top dollar for my trade with out hesitation. Chris sat with me and went over the entire vehicle from top to bottom and made sure I knew all the functions and where to find what I needed and he made sure I felt comfortable in it! Chris also helped me with getting the windows tinted and even took the car to the appointment for me!
