Chris was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Plug In and had a great personality which led to an enjoyable purchasing experience. Chris Bowen made this one of the best car buying experiences ever! I lost a relatively new sports car in hurricane IAN. Insurance would not pay for a like for like purchase. I found the next closest thing but could only find the care at this out of state dealership. From the beginning to the end, Chris made this the best possible experience he could given the circumstances. He always took or returned my calls quickly, was always polite and courteous and honestly, made this experience, done all by phone, better than had I gone in to the dealership!! He arranged for the carrier to bring my car to me taking that off my plate to do. To the end, even following up on my tags for me.
