Royal Moore Subaru had the perfect Forester we had been looking for, and we did a lot of looking all over the Portland area. The dealership was a comfortable experience right down to the snacks and drinks. looking for, and we did a lot of looking all over the Portland area. The dealership was a comfortable experience right down to the snacks and drinks. Most notable, however was the outstanding, and above and beyond service that TJ Johnson provided. He made a personal video of the car were interested in, as it was not yet on display. That sold us. Even though we had not yet seen it in person, we arrived with insurance coverage and our checkbook the next day. Paperwork was pretty much fast and seamless. Retrieval of scanned documents was more convoluted than necessary, with user name, password etc...Any further questions we had we promptly answered. We took possession on TJ's day off and we're not happy about having NO Owner's Manual. Another associate came through though, and I'm so sorry I've forgotten his name because he really saved the day! Chris Bush answered other subsequent questions. All in all...Best experience ever! Many thanks to TJ and the rest of the team! More
