Excellent buying experience mid-pandemic Chris at Suburban made the strange and confusing process of buying a car in the midst of a pandemic simple, straightforward and easy to approach. I haven't bought many cars at dealerships, but this experience was just excellent. Everyone was careful to maintain social distancing, we handled as much as possible remotely, and in the end I got a great deal on a beautiful car. I couldn't be more impressed with the flexibility and communication skills everyone involved, especially Chris, used to make this a great buying experience despite extremely strange circumstances. I was very happy with my experience at this dealership and with Chris. He was quick to reply, very friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Audi Q5 Purchase I had identified the car online, went for a drive and had a couple things I wanted done to the car. They fixed the issue and did brakes as well. Great car buying experience! Stopped in to see a car I'd spotted online. That one had sold earlier in the day, but Chris asked if he could see if he there was something else in t Stopped in to see a car I'd spotted online. That one had sold earlier in the day, but Chris asked if he could see if he there was something else in their inventory that would work for me. We quickly found a used vehicle that met my needs (AWD sedan, heated seats, moon roof, low mileage and under $20,000). He came with us on our test drive (we'd driven 3 other cars previously that day, and this was the first time someone came with us on our drive) and pointed out some features before we took off and once we were on the road. He got me into the car I wanted under budget. I can't say enough great things about him! More
