My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

The service provider Chris was great. I have a company car and the Fleet company that approves service is called “Wheels”. “Wheels” is very challenging to work with. You can never get a l I have a company car and the Fleet company that approves service is called “Wheels”. “Wheels” is very challenging to work with. You can never get a live person on the phone and when submitting online for approval it could take HOURS for them to get back to the service provider and approve or deny. This really jams up the service line. And makes the customer wait for up to like 3 hours. - this was none of Germain Toyota’s fault. But, Chris was great. He was honest .. straightforward and understanding. Even with the challenges with “Wheels” he still provided the best customer service and experience that he was able to do. A very honest hard working professional. More
