Employees seem happy with the change in ownership. Service was fine, but they forgot to reset my service alert and changed me for service i had already paid for. Overall, service department was good. I wish that they had either posted on their website or told customers up front about the lunch break they take. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 I wish that they had either posted on their website or told customers up front about the lunch break they take. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM not knowing about or being told about this break. This ultimately led to me having to wait additional time for my service to be complete I was not expecting. Other than than the long wait time, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and there were complimentary snacks and water available for customers. More
