DO NOT Buy a vehicle from this place. They provide you with a experian auto check report that is false. Bought a car that showed clean title and no accidents! The first day with new car o They provide you with a experian auto check report that is false. Bought a car that showed clean title and no accidents! The first day with new car our daughter drove home in dark and headlights were facing towards ground, she couldnt see and safety was at risk. After noticing a gap under headlight we started questioning why there was a headlight issue. I asked for a car fax report from dealership and was told they do not provide a car fax report. We started investigating the vehicle to find out it had been in an accident and was marked as a total loss vehicle and was sold on auction! The pictures were devasting to see the entire front end of vehicle damaged and missing! The information they provided us was false as they provided us with the auto check stating no issues, no accidents, clean title! We called Trecek stating we were bringing the vehicle back as they provided false information (this was also about 12 hours after the sale) and claimed they didn't know anything about this! They didn't do anything to compensate us at all or even let us keep the plates. When speaking with others about our experience it's unfortunate to hear that others whom have also bought vehicles from this dealership and have had issues shortly afterwards or have heard about bad experiences. Extremely sad that our daughters first car buying experience would leave this devastation to always remember and that it also put her safety at risk..all for a sale! Never what we thought would happen when we walked in the door. Stay clear and dont take the risk! More
