In by 2:00 out by 3:30, great service! This was just a visit for routine maintenance items. It included an oil change, new air filter, tire rotation and balance, front end alignment, new w This was just a visit for routine maintenance items. It included an oil change, new air filter, tire rotation and balance, front end alignment, new windshield wipers, Kia's 360 point check, wash and vacuum. I was greeted as soon as I drove up and was escorted to the waiting room. I had my laptop with me to do some work, and they said I could used a desk that was not needed at the time. There was free coffee, free fruit, free snacks, and the usual magazines and TV. I had a question about our second car (not a KIa) and Mike explained what was happening with the brakes on that car (new brakes, nothing to worry about). I had both key fobs and told Mike one did not always work. He showed me how to get at the battery and asked the parts manager to find batteries for me. It was the best auto service experience I've ever had. More
