service did not communicate well with me. I found myself reaching out for status updates. I was left with out a vehical for three days, and no updates for the following 3 days. Sales staff was great to work with. Service was abysmal. Dropped off my vehicle for service, had to call over and over again to get updates on the status. Chris was assigned to the Service was abysmal. Dropped off my vehicle for service, had to call over and over again to get updates on the status. Chris was assigned to the car, not a single phone call or text back. Left multiple voicemails and messages with the admin. Had to keep calling until I finally got an update that I can pick up the vehicle, very unprofessional. Will not go there again for service. More

There was a special on the 2022 Edge, and Dan found one in the Star White which please my wife and myself. I do wish that monthly lease payments were in line with the F150 I gave up. I was able to schedule my appointment online for The Works services bundle starting at 11:30 am, enabling me to walk to a nearby restaurant and enjoy lunch. I paid for the services using my FordPass Rewards Visa using my rewards points balance. When I saw my Ford Escape to drive home, it had that showroom-ready shine which reflects the care of the Taylor Ford service team. I would give this all-star team all the stars imaged by the James Webb Space Telescope plus the stars in Vincent van Gough’s masterpiece “The Starry Night.” More
