Called service dept for a recall issue on tue. 3-31-20 and talked with chris. Was told the part would be ordered and they'd call when it was there. Usually a great experience; was told 1-1 1/2 hours; it was closer to 2 hours. My daughter drove me but we would have brought 2 cars if we knew up front it was going to be that long for an oil change ; oth was closer to 2 hours. When I went to pick up my Rav 4 after its first service at Boch Toyota, some kind of grease was on my drivers seat. The dealer tried to remove it, but was only able to remove around 80% of it. I had the S at Boch Toyota, some kind of grease was on my drivers seat. The dealer tried to remove it, but was only able to remove around 80% of it. I had the Service Director (Kenny Lopez) and Manny Mitoulis sign a note saying that the grease stain would not lower the value of this vehicle when the lease period was over. My experience would have been much better if the Service Dept hadn’t tried to allege that I stained the vehicle. This vehicle only has 2400 miles on it. I suggest covering up your seats with a sheet, before bringing it in for service. More
