Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read my bio! My name is Chris Griswold and I am an ASM for Toyota Quick Lube. I have been in the car business for nearly 10 years. I started out in car sales, but quickly found I was more interested in working with cars rather than seeing them leave to their new homes. As a result of this, I began working in service. With my experience, I have gained an expansive knowledge of many different makes and models of cars and what makes them tick. In my spare time, you’ll find me working on my own vehicles or spending time with my wife and our friends. Excellent service department Specifically on this visit, we were overdue for our final 25k complimentary service as we were on vacation and went over. On an overall basis, I have had many opportunities where they could have really taken me to the cleaners, but recommended alternate repairs that were not as costly. Very trustworthy. More

Walsh83 My experience with the service on my car was excellent. But I was and am highly disappointed in the Shuttle area. The Shuttle driver Les dropped me of My experience with the service on my car was excellent. But I was and am highly disappointed in the Shuttle area. The Shuttle driver Les dropped me off on Tuesday (5/3/16) at my house and was very considerate and helped me (I am 83 years old and walk with a cane) even up to my hose after leaving my car to be fixed.. BUT the one that picked me up (TOM (5/5/16) sat in the shuttle. When I got to the shuttle not knowing where I was going to sit I leaned on the side of the shuttle to keep my balance to reach and open the front door, at that moment he pushed the automatic opener for the slider door and i was leaning on it. I fell back flat on my back on the cement, my neighbor came running over and picked me up.. I did hurt myself in several areas . I made a report when I got to the dealer. What is very concerning I have been a customer since I bought my car new there in 2000, no one has had the courtesy to make a follow up call to see if I was alright to date (5/9/16). This would have been appreciated. I think Tom needs some serious training on safety in all ares of being a driver. More

Stefan Christensen I have had many vehicle buying experiences and for the first time I have found not only an excellent dealer, I have found an excellent sales professio I have had many vehicle buying experiences and for the first time I have found not only an excellent dealer, I have found an excellent sales professional in Stefan Christensen. Stefan was there as a resource from start to finish and beyond. I really appreciate Stefan and how is one of a few, that understand true customer service. I actually consider Stefan as more of a friend than I do a sales professional. We have purchased a new Tundra and a new Highlander from Stefan and will return for our future purchases as long as we can work with Stefan. More
